Job summary

First Home Healthcare LLC in San Antonio, TX is seeking compassionate home health aides to support clients in their homes, ensuring safety, comfort and quality of life. Responsibilities include cleaning living areas, meal preparation, bathing, grooming, transfers, ADLs, medication reminders and accompanying clients to medical appointments.

Schedule: 23 hours per week across a 6‑day plan (Mon–Fri 9:00–1:00, Sat 1:00–4:00).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• At least one year experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning client's home living area.
• Feeding, shopping, meal preparation.
• Bathing, transferring, grooming, toileting, exercising, and assisting with ADL's.
• Assisting with medication reminders.
• Escorting to MD appointment (if needed).
• Stay current with changes in provider services regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
