Job summary

Responsibilities

• Clean client’s home living areas and assist with daily routines.
• Provide feeding, shopping, meal preparation, and ADL support.
• Assist with bathing, transferring, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Support with medication reminders as needed.
• Escort to medical appointments when required.
• Stay up to date with changes in provider services regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
