Job summary

The Ole Homeplace is seeking caregivers to join our in-home care team in Lexington, KY. You will provide routine services to participants at their home.

Responsibilities include homemaking, personal care, mobility assistance, meals, errands and medication reminders. Prior hospice or home health experience is preferred. A video interview will be conducted and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospice, home health, or related fields.
• Positive and patient demeanor.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.
• Video interview will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic homemaking such as cleaning, laundry, dishes, and cooking.
• Provide routine individualized care to elderly or disabled.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal care.
• Assist with ambulation/transfers.
• Non-medical in-home support: light housekeeping, meals, errands.
• Provide medication reminders.

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly or persons with disabilities
• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
• Assist with ambulation/Transfers
• Non-medical in-home support that includes light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands etc
• Medication Reminders

Requirements
