Job summary

The Ole Homeplace is seeking Caregivers in Kentucky to provide routine in-home services to participants. You will support elderly or disabled individuals with daily activities and non-medical tasks in their homes.

Caregivers must have hospice or home-health experience, a compassionate demeanor, and the ability to build rapport while handling physical duties. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospice, home health, or related fields.
• Positive and patient demeanor required.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly or persons with disabilities.

• Assist with ambulation/transfers.
• Non-medical in-home support: light housekeeping, meals, errands.
• Medication reminders.
