Job summary

The Marion House is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our in-home care team. You will provide routine services to participants at their homes, including personal care, bathing, dressing, and assistance with transfers.

Responsibilities extend to non-medical support such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and medication reminders, while maintaining a patient-centered, respectful approach to every client. EOE.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields.
• Positive and patient demeanor.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.
