Job summary

Cimarron Casino Enterprises in Perkins, OK seeks a Food & Beverage Attendant to support the F&B Supervisor and ensure service standards in a casino environment. You will take orders, cashier, prepare and serve food and beverages, and maintain clean dining areas with attention to guest satisfaction.

Typical duties include stocking, adhering to policies and tribal standards, and assisting with customer service while representing the casino with professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Food service experience preferred.
  • High School diploma or GED and 1 year of general work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Applicable alcoholic beverage service license required within 7 days of employment. ServSafe Food Handlers Certification required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Provides prompt, efficient, and courteous service to Guests.

  • Prepares and serves all food and beverage orders to Guests’ specifications.
  • Performs cleaning and stocking duties according to enterprise specifications.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

SUMMARY

Responsible for assisting the Food & Beverage Supervisor in ensuring that all activities in the Food & Beverage Department are performed accurately and efficiently in accordance with all established policies, procedures, and internal control standards. The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for providing quality Food & Beverage Department service in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner while displaying a high level of customer service.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Provides prompt, efficient, and courteous service to Guests.

  • Serves as an order taker and cashier for all food and beverage transactions.

  • Prepares and serves all food and beverage orders to Guests’ specifications.

  • Performs cleaning and stocking duties according to enterprise specifications.

  • Maintains dining room and Guest self-service areas.

  • Adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and casino policies and procedures, and to TICS (Tribal Internal Control Standards).

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Food service experience preferred. High School diploma (or GED) and 1 year of general work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.



SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required. Experience working with applicable computer programs and Point-of-Sale system(s). Applicable alcoholic beverage service license required within 7 days of employment. ServSafe Food Handlers Certification required within 90 days of employment.



LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and other related documents. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints.
