Responsibilities

• Organize attendance interventions for at-risk students and families/guardians.
• Coach parents to promote participation in students'' learning experiences.
• Follow up absences and help develop attendance plans for students near chronic absence.
• Maintain a daily record of actions and provide coaching intervention support to students and parents.
• Facilitate a school-wide attendance team to support at-risk students and work with staff to improve attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
