Job summary

At Co-op Academy Southfield we are looking for an Attendance Officer to work at our inspiring school. You will track, monitor and appropriately action pupil attendance and support the school in raising attendance and punctuality.

You will work under the guidance of the Senior Deputy Head, communicating effectively with pupils, staff, parents and carers, and you will be committed to the co-operative values while modelling ICT proficiency.

Qualifications

• Be suitably qualified and meet the role requirements as defined in the Job Description & Person Specification.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Be an effective team player, whilst able to use initiative and prioritise work to deliver a consistently high standard of work.
