Assist in maintaining consistent student attendance and a safe environment in order to maximize effective student learning. Ensure records are accurate and in compliance with state reporting. Perform a variety of clerical services, following standardized procedures, in an assigned area.

Work Environment
Attendance officers work within the District Office or school environment. Incumbent may frequently travel to school campuses and other locations around the communities of Kingman, Black Mountain, and Dolan Springs.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
At Will Notice of Employment does not provide a guarantee of a particular schedule of work, or a minimum number of days or hours.
This is a 10-month, 40-hour per week position. Extended work hours to meet deadlines may occasionally be required.
Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Certifications/Licenses
Valid driver’s license
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card with an IVP number through the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

Salary: $16.10 to $16.10 Per Hour
