FCUSD Cordova High School seeks an Attendance Technician to improve attendance through connection, creativity, and continuous improvement.

This role goes beyond tracking absences, focusing on identifying barriers, strengthening student connectedness, and partnering with families and community resources to develop solutions that help students want to be at school all day and improve their long-term outcomes.

Qualifications

• Two years of responsible and varied clerical experience involving frequent public contact.
• Education: Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate attendance improvement and intervention communications between District office and school site staff; attend SART and SARB meetings.
• Prepare and maintain a variety of reports and records; assist the District and school sites with attendance needs, and support strategies to improve student attendance.
