Job summary

ECKART is seeking a hands‑on Process Engineer to optimize atomization, milling, and related processing across site production. The role focuses on improving yield, product quality, throughput, and safety while partnering with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and EHS.

The engineer will lead end‑to‑end process improvements, analyze data, and develop control strategies to ensure process stability and repeatable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Chemical/Materials/Metallurgical/Mechanical).
• 3+ years of experience in metal powder, atomization, milling, pigments, or similar process industries.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, incl. comfort with statistical tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional projects and drive action on the floor.
• Experience with copper and aluminum production environments.
• Background in continuous improvement (LEAN, Six Sigma).
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and 14001 systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end process improvements across atomization, milling, and related operations.
• Optimize atomization and milling processes to improve yield and product consistency.
• Develop process control strategies and run data‑driven improvements.
• Support safety, quality, and environmental standards in daily operations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering and EHS.
