Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician II for the Orange County, CA area. You will perform customer installations, maintenance and service calls on electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.

The role involves travel, weekend shifts, and on-site work to support major retailers and banks. Ideal candidates have PC and basic electronic skills, OS familiarity, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to travel prolongedly (driving several hours per day).
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair and system overhauls.
• Manage network faults and traffic, configurations, security, and remote system access.
