Modis is seeking a Manual QA Tester for the ATM platform in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid). The role focuses on regression testing, defect isolation, and working closely with business stakeholders to ensure acceptance of ATM software releases.

Ideal candidates have strong manual testing skills, scripting ability, Jira experience, and familiarity with Agile. Lab-based hardware testing experience and clear communication are highly valued.

Formación

• Manual/functional testing experience.
• Scripting ability.
• Jira (or similar agile test management tool).
• Experience testing a UI with data manipulation.
• Experience with device/hardware testing in a lab setting.
• Understanding of Agile framework and the tester’s role in it.
• Strong communication — able to document defects clearly, push back/ask key questions, and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, document, and execute regression tests for ATM software releases.
• Troubleshoot and isolate defects to root cause; document thoroughly.
• Refine Epics/Stories/bugs within an Agile process.
• Work hands-on in a lab testing ATM hardware/software/firmware.
• Conduct exploratory and UAT testing, partnering with business stakeholders on acceptance.
