Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a technician to maintain and repair financial machines on the casino floor. You will perform preventive maintenance, set up and test cash dispensers, and assist with machine relocation while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations.

The role requires strong numerical and analytical skills, experience with ATM equipment, and the ability to communicate effectively with staff. Candidates must obtain a Level 2 Gaming License where required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred and one year ATM or casino tech experience.
• Electronics degree preferred.
• Level 2 Gaming License is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Handles floor repair and preventive maintenance of all financial machines, including cleaning and overhauls.
• Performs initial setup and testing of all cash dispensing machines.
• Assists in breakdown, relocation and re-setup of machines and stands.
• Ensures machine integrity when jams and failures occur.
• Maintains knowledge of local gaming laws and internal controls.
