Job summary

Cash Depot is seeking an entry-level ATM Cash Logistics associate in Green Bay, WI to join a nationwide cash operation. You will place ATM cash orders, coordinate replenishments, and work with banks, armored carriers, and field teams to ensure ATMs stay funded and operational.

You will learn cash logistics, partner coordination, and process improvement in a structured, training-oriented environment with real growth potential across the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree welcome but not required.
• Experience meeting strict deadlines and working under pressure (dispatch, logistics, order processing).
• Experience ordering cash, inventory, or supplies is a plus.
• Comfortable entering and updating information in Excel spreadsheets (no advanced formulas).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; dependable with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Place cash orders for an assigned portfolio of ATMs and track through delivery.
• Monitor cash levels and prevent outages.
• Coordinate regular and emergency cash replenishments.
• Manage logistics of moving cash between banks, armored carriers, field teams, and ATM locations.
• Coordinate cash routes, delivery schedules, and time-sensitive shipments.
• Support Kwik Trip and other partners by keeping their ATMs funded and resolving issues quickly.
• Work with banks, armored carriers, dispatch teams, field technicians, and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Support ATM installations, conversions, and cash loading schedules.
• Keep order, delivery, and cash-level spreadsheets accurate and up to date.
• Meet daily order and delivery deadlines, adjusting plans as needed.
• Take ownership of issues from identification through resolution and suggest process improvements.
