Job summary

Cash Depot, Ltd. is seeking an entry-level ATM Cash Logistics coordinator in Green Bay, WI. The role involves placing cash orders, coordinating with banks and armored carriers, and ensuring timely replenishments across a nationwide ATM network.

You will work with Kwik Trip and other partners, training is provided, and there are growth opportunities within a fast-paced environment focused on accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree welcome but not required.
• Experience meeting strict deadlines and working under pressure.
• Experience ordering cash, inventory, or supplies is a plus.
• Comfortable entering and updating information in Excel; no advanced formulas; skills assessment included.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable with a solid attendance and work history.
• Coachable and eager to learn, with a positive attitude toward feedback.
• Clear communication with banks, carriers, and internal teams.
• Team player who stays organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Place cash orders for an assigned portfolio of ATMs and track them through delivery.
• Monitor cash levels and act quickly to prevent cash outages.
• Coordinate regular and emergency cash replenishments.
• Manage the logistics of moving cash between banks, armored carriers, field teams, and ATM locations.
• Coordinate cash routes, delivery schedules, and time-sensitive shipments.
• Support Kwik Trip and other partners by keeping their ATMs funded and resolving issues quickly.
• Work closely with banks, armored carriers, dispatch teams, field technicians, and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Support ATM installations, conversions, and cash loading schedules.
• Keep order, delivery, and cash-level spreadsheets accurate and up to date.
• Meet daily order and delivery deadlines, adjusting quickly when plans change.

About the Role

As part of our ATM Cash Logistics team, you'll play a key role in keeping Cash Depot's ATM network funded, operational, and running efficiently. This position combines cash ordering, logistics, coordination, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where your work directly impacts ATM uptime and customer satisfaction.

Our team proudly supports and services Kwik Trip, one of the Midwest's most recognized convenience retailers, helping keep cash available for their customers every day.

You'll place cash orders, coordinate cash movements with banking and armored carrier partners, and make sure the right amount of cash gets to the right location on time. You'll also work closely with field teams and internal departments to coordinate routes, replenishments, installations, and other cash-related logistics.

This role is entry-level friendly. No industry experience is required: we'll train you on everything you need to know, and there's plenty of room to grow as the business grows.

What You'll Do
