Job summary

Smart Data Solutions is seeking an Atlassian Implementation Developer to lead end-to-end configuration of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Jira Product Discovery. You will translate requirements into workflows, schemas, and platform setups, collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

The role demands 5+ years implementing Atlassian products in enterprise settings, strong Jira expertise, and ACP certifications preferred.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on experience implementing and configuring Atlassian products in enterprise or professional services.
Strong Jira Software project configuration including classic and team-managed projects, workflows, screens, and permissions.
Experience with Jira Service Management including portal configuration, SLA setup, and automation rules.
Confluence space administration and templates.
Familiarity with Jira Product Discovery for roadmaps and prioritization.
Ability to lead stakeholder workshops and communicate configurations clearly to non-technical audiences.
Experience with Atlassian Marketplace apps and third-party integrations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Atlassian ACP certifications preferred (Jira Admin/JSM/Confluence).
Experience with Atlassian Cloud migrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Atlassian products (Jira Software, JSM, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery).
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into Jira workflows and platform configurations.
Design and configure project schemas, workflows, screens, and permission/notification schemes.
Build and configure JSM service desks including portals, SLAs, queues, and knowledge base integrations.
Set up Confluence spaces, templates, macros, and permissions for team collaboration.
Facilitate discovery workshops and solution walkthroughs with business teams.
Create and maintain solution design documents, configuration guides, and end-user training materials.
Coordinate with offshore team members to divide tasks and ensure consistent configurations.
Serve as SME and escalation point for Atlassian questions and decisions.
Evaluate marketplace apps to support business needs.
