Job summary

Appnovation Technologies is seeking an experienced Atlassian Consultant with Jira Align expertise for enterprise-scale agile transformations. You will design, configure, and optimize Jira Align and Atlassian tools to support program-level planning, portfolio visibility, and execution tracking.

You will partner with leadership, delivery teams, and clients to drive agile maturity and governance, providing guidance and hands-on configuration in a consulting environment.

Appnovation is seeking an experienced Atlassian Consultant with strong Jira Align expertise to support enterprise-scale agile transformations. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on configuration and enjoys working closely with stakeholders to improve delivery maturity across organizations.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, leadership, and delivery organizations to design, implement, and optimize Jira Align and broader Atlassian ecosystem solutions that support agile at scale.

This is a contract role, suited for someone comfortable working in consulting environments and navigating complex enterprise landscapes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support Jira Align implementations and enhancements across enterprise environments

Requirements

• Strong experience with Jira Align (required)


• Experience with Jira Software and the Atlassian ecosystem


• Experience supporting scaled agile frameworks (SAFe or similar preferred)


• Experience working in enterprise or consulting environments


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills


• Ability to translate delivery needs into practical tooling solutions

Nice to Have

• Atlassian certifications


• Experience with agile transformation initiatives


• Experience working with distributed teams


• Experience supporting large-scale delivery organizations
