Install, configure, maintain, and enhance JIRA Core/Software/Service Desk and add-ons.
Create new accounts, manage permissions, and build dashboards.
Configure metrics, dashboards, reports, and advanced filters.
Document requirements and communicate changes to stakeholders.
Develop governance plans for JIRA and Confluence.
