Job summary

Martin Bros. seeks dependable Delivery Drivers to provide professional delivery service to customers. You will be an ambassador of the brand, ensuring safe driving, accurate deliveries, and outstanding customer service.

Routes start early (2:00–4:00 AM), with 10–12 hour shifts and 50–55 hours per week. Must have a Class A CDL, good driving record, and the ability to lift and maneuver product using a handcart.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with clean driving record.
• Current DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Familiar with FMCSA rules and regulations.
• Able to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Strong customer service mindset and professionalism.
• This is a physically demanding role requiring lifting and handcart use.
• Consent to pre-employment background check, DOT drug screen and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Make accurate, on-time deliveries to customers.
• Stack, scan, and transport products safely.
• Place products in designated coolers, freezers, or storage areas.
• Issue credits and handle returns as directed.
• Perform customer service tasks including collections when required.
• Communicate any information to supervisor or Transportation office promptly.

Martin Bros. is seeking dependable and customer-focused Delivery Drivers to provide professional and accurate delivery service to our customers. Delivery Drivers are ambassadors of Martin Bros. and play a crucial role in representing our brand through safe driving practices, accurate product delivery and providing legendary customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Customer Service

• Make accurate and on-time deliveries to customers.
• Stack, scan, and transport products safely
• Place product in designated temperature-controlled areas (cooler, freezer, dry storage, etc.).
• Issue credits and handle returns as directed
• Perform customer service functions including collections when required.
• Communicate with supervisor, manager or Transportation office any necessary information in a timely manner.

Schedule & Hours

• Delivery routes typically start between2:00 - 4:00 AM; some routes may begin earlier or later depending on location.
• Drivers can expect to work 10-12-hour shifts, averaging 50-55 hours per week.
• Routes are primarily day routes.Monday - Friday; Home daily.
• Class A CDL with a good driving record is required.

Professional Representation

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain professional conduct with customers, the public, and coworkers.
• Follow company procedures, policies, and uniform requirements.

Safe Operation & Driving Standards

• Safely operate assigned tractor/trailer and obey all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Practice Smith System driving principles and understand the use of onboard cameras.
• Maintain a driving record within Martin Bros. insurance guidelines.
• Maintain ELD logs in compliance with DOT regulations.

Requirements

Skills and Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL with good driving record
• Current DOT medical card (or ability to obtain)
• 21+ years of age
• Understanding of FMCSA rules and regulations
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Enjoy working with the public and serving a variety of customers
• This is a physical job - ability to safely lift cases and use a handcart to deliver products up/down ramp
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check, DOT drug screen and DOT physical upon job offer
