Job summary

Booster is seeking a Program Specialist to represent Boosterthon on elementary school campuses in Atlanta, GA. You will deliver a character-based curriculum, set up the Fun Run, and work with teachers and families to drive fundraising results.

The role is available in both full-time and part-time capacities and is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on, meaningful experience and national travel opportunities.

Are you Booster’s Next Program Specialist?

As a Program Specialist, you’ll be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses. You’ll work alongside a supportive team to help schools reach their fundraising goals, deliver engaging student experiences, and create a positive impact for students and communities. This role is available in both full-time and part-time capacities and is ideal for someone early in their career who wants meaningful, hands‑on experience.

Additional Requirements:

• You’re a licensed driver with reliable transportation
• You can pass Booster’s Background and Motor Vehicle check
• You’re able to lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the day
• Full-day availability (7:00 am–4:00 pm) on scheduled workdays

COMPENSATION:

$15 - $18 per hour, non-exempt
