Job summary

Booster Enterprises Inc. seeks a Program Specialist to represent Boosterthon on elementary school campuses in North Andover, MA. You will collaborate with a supportive team to deliver character-based programs, host fundraising events, and drive student engagement and school impact.

Are you Booster's Next Program Specialist? As a Program Specialist, you'll be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses. You'll work alongside a supportive team to help schools reach their fundraising goals, deliver engaging student experiences, and create a positive impact for students and communities. This role is available in both full-time and part-time capacities and is ideal for someone early in their career who wants meaningful, hands-on experience.

Additional Requirements:

• You're a licensed driver with reliable transportation
• You can pass Booster's Background and Motor Vehicle check
• You're able to lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the day
• Full-day availability (7:00 am-4:00 pm) on scheduled workdays

Compensation: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour, non-exempt
