• Excellent storytelling and interviewing abilities.
• Strong social media presence on Instagram and Facebook.
• Ability to create compelling content for radio and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Host a daily air shift with engaging content.
• Execute station programming and promotions per policies and FCC rules.
• Operate WideOrbit, VoxPro, and Adobe Audition.
• Prepare on-air breaks, interviews, features, and listener interactions.
• Create and publish content across station digital platforms and social channels.
• Maintain a professional social media presence on Instagram and Facebook.
• Participate in promotions, remote broadcasts, and community events.
• Represent KISS 104.1 at weekday and weekend events.
• Collaborate with programming, promotions, sales, and digital teams.
• Record commercial, promotional, and imaging content as assigned.
• Stay informed on current events and cultural trends relevant to the audience.
