You will handle case strategy, courtroom advocacy, and risk management while thriving in a collaborative, entrepreneurial firm culture that values diversity and excellence.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of litigation experience focusing on general liability and trucking defense.
• Prior federal court litigation experience preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in Georgia and in good standing.
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Aufgaben

• Case strategy and litigation management for high-exposure matters.
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials in state and federal courts.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and memoranda.
• Coordinate discovery and work with expert witnesses.
• Advise clients on litigation risk and strategy.
