Henderson Group Recruiting represents an Atlanta-based AmLaw 100 firm seeking an experienced Labor and Employment Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta office in a hybrid role. The ideal candidate has strong litigation experience, a Georgia bar in good standing, a JD from a top-tier law school, and 3–8 years of labor and employment law experience.

The role involves handling complex employment matters, representing management, and advising clients on risk mitigation.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.

• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and participate in depositions and hearings.
• Advise clients on day-to-day employment issues and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop litigation strategy and deliver practical, business-oriented solutions.

Our client, a leading management-side labor and employment AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with strong litigation experience who is interested in handling sophisticated employment matters in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in Georgia, in good standing
• 3-8 years of substantive labor and employment law experience
• Significant experience in employment litigation, including matters in state and federal courts
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and as part of a team
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively within team-based environments
• Experience gained at a large or well-regarded law firm preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary Range: $200,000 – $315,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses
