Qualifications

• 1+ years of construction, field, engineering, or project coordination experience; internships considered.
• Basic ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
• Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
• Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project is advantageous.
• Structural steel or fabrication experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, schedules, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate communication between office teams, field crews, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Track project progress, costs, resources, budgets, and timelines.
• Support quality control and site safety requirements.
• Attend project meetings and prepare status reports.
