Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, category management or procurement in a complex corporate environment.
• Professional Services sourcing experience preferred.
• Experience sourcing consulting, contingent workforce, managed services and other indirect services.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and analyze spend data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies to optimize cost, quality, service levels, and business value.
• Manage indirect spend categories and identify opportunities for savings, supplier consolidation, process improvements, and risk mitigation.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, from strategy development through supplier selection and contract execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with organizational objectives.
• Negotiate, execute, and manage supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Source and negotiate complex Professional Services agreements, including consulting, contingent labor, managed services, and other knowledge-based service categories.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sourcing processes, supplier performance, and overall procurement effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor supplier performance and KPIs to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
