Cabot Properties in Atlanta is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day operations of an industrial portfolio. You will work with Property Managers to ensure properties are well maintained, tenant needs are addressed promptly, and financial processes are recorded accurately.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 1-3+ years of property management, real estate, or related experience.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with MRI, Yardi, or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Property Operations Support: inspect properties, document conditions, schedule vendors.
• Tenant Relations & Coordination: assist with move-ins/outs and respond to inquiries.
• Financial & Administrative Support: process invoices and assist with budgeting.
• Compliance & Documentation: maintain insurance certificates and records.
• Project & Team Support: assist with tenant improvements and portfolio initiatives.
