Fusion Growth Partners in Atlanta is seeking a Partnership Executive/Investment Sales & Business Advisor to prospect, pitch, and close with high‑performing entrepreneurs. You will act as a trusted business advisor, managing a growing portfolio and moving from sales to strategic advisory as your book expands.

The role offers a path to leading a division, building a consulting portfolio, and earning commission with uncapped upside. Remote position; Atlanta residency required to be eligible.

Qualifications

• Fanatical obsession with Business Development, Prospecting and effective sales.
• Ability to hold sophisticated conversations with high-income entrepreneurs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build something beyond a salary.
• Autonomy with little supervision and strong self-direction.

Responsibilities

• Phase 1: prospect, present, and close new partner relationships via outbound outreach and Zoom conversations.
• Phase 2: advisory & portfolio management, running strategy meetings for partners.
• Build a consulting portfolio and lead a division with an eventual VP path.
