Ideal candidate has a JD from an ABA-accredited school, 3+ years of employment or commercial litigation experience, and GA Bar admission; strong written and oral skills required. You will defend cases in court, advise clients on labor issues, and contribute to successful resolutions.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• 3+ years of employment or commercial litigation experience.
• Employment law background strongly preferred.
• Current GA Bar admission in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims.
• Advise and train employers on employment and labor law issues.
• Represent employers in court, before agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration.
