Job summary

Swissport is hiring a Cargo Office Agent in Atlanta to assist Cargo Supervisor with daily operations. You will verify import/export cargo records and uphold safety and quality standards.

The position pays $17.50 per hour. Full-time benefits include health and wellness coverage, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays. Eligibility excludes current Hallmark Aviation Services employees.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare airline and customs documentation.
• Comply with SOPs and company policies.
• Ensure paperwork is prepared timely and accurately.
• Verify cargo paperwork before release.
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws.
• Follow Dangerous Goods requirements and regulations.
• Perform other general office duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Cargo Office Agent assists Cargo Supervisor with daily operations. They verify and keep records on import and export cargo as well as maintain applicable safety and quality standards.

The expected pay rate is $17.50/hr. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company match paid vacation time, sick time, and company paid holidays.
Eligibility Requirement: Candidates who are currently employed by Hallmark Aviation Services are not eligible for consideration for this position.

Your activities

• Prepare airline and customs documentation
• Comply with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policies
• Ensure paperwork is prepared timely and accurately
• Make sure paperwork related to the cargo is correct before release
• Assure proper compliance with local and international laws and regulations
• Follow Dangerous Goods Requirements and Regulations
• Comply with other general office duties as assigned
