Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus 1–3 years’ experience or an equivalent combination.
• Possession of or ability to obtain a valid driver's license at hire and maintained thereafter.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as acting supervisor in the League Sports Coordinator’s absence, overseeing staff and operations.
• Supervises part-time staff, monitors staff attendance, assignments, and performance; provides direction as needed.
• Communicates effectively with staff, coaches, and parents and supports the enforcement of rules, procedures, and standards.
• Oversees assigned sport, recreation, or other related recreation activities.
• Monitors and maintains assigned facility and documents any incidents for supervisor.
• Keeps immediate supervisor informed of work progress and any potential problems.
• Performs other related job duties as assigned.
