Community College of Philadelphia is hiring an Athletics Program Assistant to monitor the day-to-day operations of the College’s Fitness Center and assist with equipment safety and student services. You will ensure a welcoming environment for students, faculty and staff while enforcing center rules and maintaining clean, safe facilities.
You will also support game-day duties, schedule activities, train student workers, compile usage data, and help prepare meeting spaces.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Athletics, the Athletics Program Assistant is responsible for monitoring the day-today operations of the College’s Fitness Center. Primary responsibilities for this position include monitoring and demonstrating the use of fitness equipment to ensure proper usage and safety, providing quality customer service to students, faculty, and staff, and the enforcement of fitness center rules and policies.
