Chartwells Higher Ed is hiring an energetic, innovative and passionate Athletics Executive Chef to lead the culinary experience for AGGIE NUTRITION at Texas A&M University!

This role focuses on fueling Texas A&M student-athletes through exceptional food, creativity, discipline, hospitality, and high-volume operations. You will lead a culinary team at the Clark Dining Center and drive performance nutrition in a collegiate environment.

Qualifications

• CULINARY DEGREE required.
• Extensive experience feeding college or professional athletes.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition trends and food cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative menus to support student-athletes.
• Lead high-volume athletics dining operations.
• Develop menus, select products, and upgrade equipment.
• Train and develop a culinary team.
• Maintain standards for quality, sanitation and service.
• Manage ordering, inventory, and food costs.
• Collaborate with nutrition professionals to elevate the program.
