Job summary

Felician University in Rutherford, NJ seeks an Athletic Operations Coordinator/JV Baseball Coach to oversee the junior varsity program and support athletics operations. This full-time, twelve-month role reports to the Assistant Director of Athletics – External Relations and handles purchasing, facilities supervision, and game day operations.

The candidate will coordinate with students, coaches, and managers, demonstrating strong communication and a commitment to Felician’s Franciscan values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years of collegiate coaching experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of NCAA Division II and Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) rules and regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to support and promote the Felician Franciscan core values and mission of the University.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the Junior Varsity Baseball program.
• Assist the Assistant Director of Athletics – External Relations with day-to-day operational responsibilities.
• Departmental purchasing and facility supervision.
• Comprehensive support of game day operations.
