Job summary

University of Connecticut's Division of Athletics is hiring a full-time Director of Athletic Administration Operations. This role supports the AD, Deputy Directors, and senior leadership in day-to-day operations and confidential tasks.

Flex hours may be required to accommodate events and donor activities. The position entails calendar management, travel arrangements, email oversight, reimbursements, and liaison duties with the president’s office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2+ years in a professional setting.
• Experience scheduling meetings or maintaining a department master calendar.

Responsibilities

• Manage the calendar for the AD and Executive Team and schedule meetings.
• Coordinate travel for the executive team and handle related reimbursements.
• Manage the athletic director email account and assist with foundation disbursements.
• Serve as liaison to the president’s office and donor events support.
• Handle sensitive information and special projects as assigned.
