Job summary

Beyond Blue Corporation within the University of Kentucky Athletics Department seeks an Administrative Payroll and HR Support role to manage payroll processing, time entry, and HRIS updates. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in human resources, payroll administration, or related fields.
• Experience with SAP, Workday, UKG or similar systems preferred.
• Experience processing payroll transactions and HRIS usage.

Responsibilities

• Monitors time for employees in dual UKG and SAP systems.
• Processes payroll actions to ensure timely payment.
• Prepares bi-weekly payroll reminders and time-entry notices.
• Oversees payroll issues and reconciles discrepancies.
• Assists in hiring processes for student and temporary employees.
