Qualifications

• 2 years of catering, hospitality, or events experience preferred.

• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house catering operations for UNC Chapel Hill Athletic events.
• Coordinate staffing, setup, service, and breakdown.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for clients and vendors.
• Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Train and coach hourly staff on service standards.
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation and policy compliance.
• Assist with inventory and equipment management.
