Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project coordination support to the Athletics Development team.
• Maintain donor and prospect information and tracking systems.
• Coordinate donor communications, acknowledgments, and stewardship.
• Support fundraising events and game-day donor engagement.
• Assist with travel arrangements and expense documentation.
