Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional athletic, finance, accounting, procurement, fundraising, event coordination, or business operations experience.
• Knowledge of NCAA, Conference, University, and departmental policies and procedures.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and accounting support, including journal entries and expense allocations.
• Process accounts payable, purchase requisitions, disbursement vouchers, and travel expenses.
• Coordinate vendor relationships via phone and email.
• Prepare reports for the Assistant Athletic Director of Business Operations and CFO.
