Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent training with three years of administrative work involving study, analysis, and evaluation leading to policy improvement.
• Experience in budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting within a university setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of NCAA and CSU policies and procedures is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for budgeting, accounting, and variance analysis for Athletics.
• Ensure transactions are processed in accordance with campus policies and NCAA/Big West rules.
• Administer the Athletics ProCard program and support year-end close processes.
