Job summary

Clemson University Athletics is seeking an Assistant Athletic Director for Enterprise Operations & Strategy to drive strategic initiatives, operating model development, and performance management across the department.

The role partners with the COO and senior leaders to plan, coordinate, and execute enterprise projects, establish operating rhythms, and translate priorities into practical improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in administrative services, public administration or business management.
• Firm working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures and ability to use in varied situations.
• Not responsible for supervising employees.

Responsibilities

• Support the COO in planning, coordinating, and executing enterprise strategic initiatives and cross-functional transformation efforts.
• Help establish clear operating rhythms, processes, roles, and cross-functional ways of working that support effective execution.
• Help create consistent processes and rhythms for reviewing progress against strategic priorities and organizational objectives.
