Job summary

CU Boulder is seeking an Assistant Athletic Director of Annual Giving and Premium Seating to lead donor relations and alumni engagement for the CU Athletics. The role oversees a team of 3 full‑time staff focused on stewardship, events, annual giving programs, and premium seating sales and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience with 1+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience developing, planning and rolling out strategy.
• Program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiative planning for Buff Club membership, donor stewardship and events.
• Lead implementation of programmatic strategy to engage donors and alumni.
• Supervise development of team goals and metrics for donor engagement and retention.
• Create strategy for 5-10 high‑impact annual events for donor stewardship and alumni engagement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to evolve engagement activities and demonstrate outcomes.
