• Coordinate, manage, and execute Athletics Development fundraising events to support donor cultivation, stewardship, engagement, and revenue generation.
• Serve as the primary event coordinator for Athletics special events, including Osprey Booster events, Hall of Fame activities, golf tournaments, and donor receptions.
• Develop event timelines, budgets, and procedures; coordinate vendors, catering, audiovisual, transportation, permits, and logistics.
• Oversee donor hospitality, stewardship programs, and post-event reporting; track participation and campaign results.
