The Associate Athletic Director of Development for Intercollegiate Athletics, under the direction of the Senior Associate Athletics Director and Assistant Vice President or above, is responsible for seeking, identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major donors in support of Athletic Department initiatives and Osprey Club priorities. The position serves as the lead fundraiser for the annual fund (Swoop Impact Fund) and is responsible for major gifts, premium seating sales, annual giving campaigns, and signature fundraising initiatives, including Giving Day and 904 Day. The Associate AD also provides leadership for key donor and departmental events and organizes and manages the Athletics Hall of Fame Committee and its annual activities.
Supervises athletics coordinator as well as other support roles as needed. Serves as acting department head for Athletics Development in the absence of the Senior Associate AD.
Master's and 2+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219.
