Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field is required.
• Minimum of 2–3 years related experience in communications or media.
• Ability to promote student‑athletes, coaches, teams, and initiatives with a consistent athletics brand.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day communications and creative services operations.
• Create graphics for social media, websites, digital signage, game days, awards and events.
• Assist with managing content for official athletics social media accounts.
• Develop content that highlights student‑athletes, coaches, teams, alumni, and achievements.
• Assist with photography and videography at practices, games and events.
• Write and edit game previews, recaps, features and press releases.
• Maintain information on the athletics site: schedules, rosters, statistics, bios, news.
• Create promotional materials for home contests and campaigns.
• Develop content calendars and concepts for athletics social channels.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure brand consistency across media assets.
