Job summary

Chichester School District is seeking coaches across multiple programs for the Athletics and CO-CURR department. The role involves developing conditioning plans, writing practice schedules, and promoting unity among varsity and junior varsity teams within the district.

The position requires completing PIAA coaching classes, annual concussion and first aid training, and adhering to district safety and athletic policies. A season-long commitment with end-of-season reporting is expected.

Qualifications

• Must complete required PIAA Coaching classes and renew annual Concussion and First Aid training.
• Background checks incl. state police, child abuse, FBI fingerprints are required per district policy.

Responsibilities

• Develop conditioning and instructional training goals for the season.
• Prepare focused workout themes and practice plans.
• Foster an inclusive environment across varsity, junior varsity, and middle/high school programs.
• Enforce discipline on and off the field/court and lead by example.
• Coordinate practice times, transportation, and facility use through DOSA.
• Assist student-athletes with college recruitment efforts.
• Attend relevant meetings and complete End of Season and other reports.
