Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, and lead practice, game, and workout schedules in compliance with TSSAA guidelines, working closely with school administration and other teams in the conference/district.
  • Lead and manage the coaching staff, ensuring alignment with the program’s values and mission.
  • Focus on the physical, spiritual, and character development of each student-athlete as they progress through the program.
  • Take an active role in promoting the spiritual growth of student-athletes, integrating faith and biblical principles into the team culture.
  • Ensure program consistency across all grade levels and manage team logistics like uniforms and gear.
