Job summary

On Location is seeking an Account Manager to provide dedicated athletic travel support for university partners in Morgantown, WV. You will coordinate individual and group travel, including air, hotel, and car bookings, using Sabre GDS, while delivering outstanding service to coaches and staff.

The ideal candidate offers strong communication, multitasking ability, and a proactive, reliable approach to travel logistics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel coordination or travel services is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple travel bookings and deadlines under pressure.
• Proactive, reliable team member with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated athletic travel support for university coaches and staff.
• Arrange domestic and international air, hotel, and car bookings using GDS (Sabre).
• Coordinate group travel, hotel blocks, and charter bus arrangements.
• Handle exchanges and ticketing changes efficiently.
• Adhere to Anthony Travel policies and preferred programs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email.
