Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Work-Fit services per SOP and laws.
• Coordinate schedules, service coverage, workflow, and documentation.
• Maintain positive client relationships and professional communication.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of Assistant Team Leads.
• Monitor program performance and address service trends.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and confidentiality of records and spaces.
